If nothing works out, you can create a profile on upwork, do all the formalities, on it there's an option of creating a contract for outside people. Do note that it might charge somewhere around 10-15% commission. So keep it as a ladt resort only. I used this method only in my initial days and now I'm using just Paypal, or account transfers
