Today I read a story about a Sant. The Sant had a gold bowl He used to ask people for food and eat from that bowl. One day, a thief came to steal the bowl and hid outside the hut. After eating, the Sant threw the gold bowl outside. The thief was shocked. He came inside and asked, “Why did you throw this valuable bowl?” The Sant said, “For me, it is only a bowl for food. If it takes away my peace and sleep, it is useless.” And today, I realised my smartphone is that gold bowl. I must control it before it controls me.
