For implement nfc distance requirement is 4cm or less and also required presence of electronic device but I'm doing without use of electronic device.

I'd cards ATM cards are also working on nfc that doesn't mean they are electronic gadgets. It can be added with battery, chip type... Other than thus if you think better option we can collaborate. We are also developing healthcare related software startup, we are with good funds to invest in.
