Big companies can easily copy this. Apart from that main issue is where do you find the women work force for this? In india no working women would choose to be a driver. It's their option, they choose other fields to work mostly. Have you ever seen women drivers in ola or rapido that much? Obviously no right! Even before ola rapido exists. All the auto drivers are men women don't wanna be an auto driver. Perhaps they put it as last option. So how can you even find drivers??? My suggestion is know why women drivers are less then tackle that problem. This idea might not work for sure but give it a try👍
