I don't think this is the right time to implement in india (if you implement in urban countries, it's fair enough. Because: In May 2024, there were nearly 975 million active debit cards in India (even one person might carry 2-4 debit cards). And rural areas don't have bank accounts too... So basically, you need conductors to.. (if there are ticket issures where gov pay them monthly wages, why will gov buy your idea? ).
