NaukariBharat - job portal for Bharat(uneducated and daily wages worker ) NaukariBharat helps company in finding security gaurd,watch men or daily wages worker How our portal works: So the main problem is our daily wages workers from tier 3 cities most of them are uneducated and don't know how to use internet so how they register on our website?? Solution for this is we collaborate with local csc centre to register employee on our website on comission base.On the other hand Company post there requirement on our website But how employee get job if they don't know how to use internet? So we call the daily wage worker and tell them there is job on xyz location offering xyz amount per month if you need this job visit there And that's how we help tier 3 cities or Bharat people to get job

Remove the middle man by your own cs team that calls to get people onboarded amd u r wrong the do know how to access websites. Best way would be text or whatsapp dm saying get a real job (this should look trustworthy) of interested they click yes. Ur team calls them and does on boarding whenever there is a job ur team calls them and let them know about the job but then there is not much of tech here
