Employers/Contractors Post Jobs: - Small contractors, construction companies, homeowners, etc., post job requirements via SMS/WhatsApp/call. - They pay a small fee (₹20-100 per job posting). 3. Job Alerts Sent to Workers: - The system auto-matches job postings with workers based on skills and location. - Alerts include job details, location, wages, and contact info.
