I always thought of this idea, idk why no one is already doing it. Inface moving food trucks are completely absent in India.

There are already such food trucks. Lower Middle Class people may opt to buy from there. There is one around 2 kms from my house, but never checked throughly about how much crowd is there. Usually no crowd. May be lower middle class people will go for it.
