Day before yesterday me and my friend have boarded a bus (6hr journey). It's a completely busy night (1AM) with almost filled buses (need to attend the destination as I have to attend a relative who is in ICU, so it's emergency and I don't have time to pre-book ) So after half hour of searching we found a bus with 2 seats one is beside a woman. Because of the urgency, we changed our gender to female to board the bus. after explaining things to her, like how important we need to go to destination, The lady refused to sit beside her (with no questions, we got out of bus) - and we lost our money, time etc.. (switch gender and imagine) While getting down the bus, capitan sold another ticket for a guy (one of the passenger who did not boarded the bus prior) to a random guy (We even explained our situation to the capital of the bus). He should have exchanged the extra seat with the wrongly booked female seat right ? your thoughts on it ? We did right or wrong? Is there any solution ?
