Hey all of you kickass people! Im a doctor turned entrepreneur that also runs an web dev agency 🫨 I don't seem to fit into any single role inside my heads and as a result juggle between alot of things coupled with my own personal family issues . I wanna ask all of you entrepreneurs who are working towards their goals , do you guys also feel that sometimes you're doing so much that you feel the lack of focus? Do you guys also spend way too much time overthinking?

Welcome to the club. First of all, if possible sort out the family issues. Till then just focus on one thing that you are doing which makes you money. Once your issues are sorted take a break and pick up one thing you like the most.
