Hey all of you kickass people! Im a doctor turned entrepreneur that also runs an web dev agency 🫨 I don't seem to fit into any single role inside my heads and as a result juggle between alot of things coupled with my own personal family issues .

Welcome to the club. First of all, if possible sort out the family issues. Till then just focus on one thing that you are doing which makes you money. Once your issues are sorted take a break and pick up one thing you like the most.
