Day 5 of Book recommendation => 'The Art of Not Overthinking' by Shaurya Kapoor -- We continuously overthinking about everything that happened to us or not even happened to us. We spend lots of time overthinking about something that is not necessary and makes ourselves more stress and full of anxiety. And the best way to solve any problem is just by stop overthinking about it. Some beautiful lines from this book are - " Overthinking complicates everything and simplifies nothing." " Your heart feels lighter when you write about what's making if feel heavy." " One day, you will look back and a smile will cover your face . You'll realise how strong you've been all along."
