Well that's possible in some other way. So there is a US supermarket called Costco where only Costco Membership Holders can shop. Now since they are getting good Lumsum money in name of Membership Fees, they keep their prices ultra low which forces people to buy the membership. Someone also made kind of an online Costco and sold it for a Billion dollar. So this is possible
