Just saw an American startup received 2.5 million dollar funding but spent 1.8 million dollar in just buying domain. What do you guys think of this decision ? Is it worth it ? By the way the domain is friend.com

If they have the caliber to raise $2.5 million and the domain is crucial to their brand, I believe they made the right decision. Taking financial risks can sometimes lead to great business success in the future.
