What's your opinion on Corporates demanding it's employees to serve notice period for 3 months when they are not validating our work for whole year of services and suddenly they feel we are the best asset and need to transfer knowledge to the next person. The funny fact is I requested for a promotion for senior but they ignored and they asking to work for 3 months saying to train their senior associates šŸ«ØšŸ§ Share your opinion on this....
