There is a huge gap between Big MNCs and new-age startups. where new-age startups are hiring fast and firing fast. MNCs have a long hiring and notice period process. This gap makes many people unable to shift from MNCs to startups. also the fact that startups only hiring immediate joiners is very weird. they are insisting people to only apply if they can join within 1 week.
