Hi everyone I am looking for a co founder Startup idea I want to make a salesman army for company's who want to sell its products For example I contact with 100 salesman of 100 small towns . Now any company want to sell them products in 100 small towns. Now they have tow options. Fist one - They hire a salesman. And give him salary and other incentives like petrol and more . And salesman take 2to 3 months to capture the market. And they work us Our salesman army take 2 to 3 days for market the products. The have more information about shopkeeper like they give payment time to time or not. They receive many daily. And we charge low amount. Give your opinion please

😁 I am thinking to create dog army and capture this world but the main problem is that I don't know about nuclear codes so this will take some time but definitely we will capture Earth.

First, your manpower charge should be less than their sajes owrson Salary. Second, Your sales person should have their product knowledge and market knowledge that will come by experience If experience is there they will ask more package 3rd, what is the gaurantee that your sales person will be loyal to you. You should have a attractive Perks and benefits Fourth, In tier 2 & 3, Most of the direct selling are temporary. Controlling them and achieving target is not that easy.
