First, your manpower charge should be less than their sajes owrson Salary. Second, Your sales person should have their product knowledge and market knowledge that will come by experience If experience is there they will ask more package 3rd, what is the gaurantee that your sales person will be loyal to you. You should have a attractive Perks and benefits Fourth, In tier 2 & 3, Most of the direct selling are temporary. Controlling them and achieving target is not that easy.
