But most of them buy land, lend them to lower class at 5-10% per month... It's very complex to get the data of liquid cash as well..

If the record of owner of land is present, then we can calculate? Renting,leasing etc with that land(or any other asset) is irrelevant to calculate liquid wealth, do what you want with your asset. Our concern is only if his asset is liquid or not ,

Hmm I agree here in village there we no land records were maintained... There is no proper plotting... And the mapping of land .. goverment is very slow in this case.
