Amount of liquid wealth should be easy to calculate. You know like what type of assets,cash in bank,cash invested etc - in short - these are quantifiable data and available. But degree of financial risk is hard to calculate, bcos this data is neithe

But most of them buy land, lend them to lower class at 5-10% per month... It's very complex to get the data of liquid cash as well..

If the record of owner of land is present, then we can calculate? Renting,leasing etc with that land(or any other asset) is irrelevant to calculate liquid wealth, do what you want with your asset. Our concern is only if his asset is liquid or not , and it should be in records. It seems complex because land is not recorded extensively. (specially in rural), so now digitization of land records started recently by govt. You get the point - it's complex because of poor data quality and collection, which is fault of Govt. , and not because it's calculation is complex.

Hmm I agree here in village there we no land records were maintained... There is no proper plotting... And the mapping of land .. goverment is very slow in this case.
