You can teach people how to work the land by demonstrating the entire process from start to finish. Additionally, you can encourage participation by involving them in the work through your instruction. As a reward, you can share some of the produce with them. For example, if they plant vegetables, you can give them some of the fresh vegetables they grew, or they can harvest and enjoy their own vegetables.
