I work at a service based company as a full stack developer, this is my 1st job. If i try to switch what advise woud u like to give ?

Would suggest you leave after atleast a year or two, to make the switch even worth it. You still haven’t learnt the basics like what to collect while exiting an organization. Work more until you’re a part of it.
