Hey! Although I was gonna post about workplace policies tomorrow anyhow, yes you can. POSH act is the minimum requirement that a company needs to follow, companies are free to create gender neutral policies. Nowadays companies are making gender-neutral POSH policies. Even, I have drafter such gender neutral policies for my clients. Hope this help.
