While NDAs are common, they can be hard to enforce. Instead, consider using a simple Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA). This protects both parties and is often more palatable to VCs. Also, be clear about what constitutes confidential information. Lastly, remember that verbal agreements can be binding in India, so be careful what you say in meetings.
