Your first step should be to thoroughly research your market. Who are your competitors? What's your unique value proposition? How big is the potential market? Don't worry about VCs yet. Bootstrap your way to an MVP. Use no-code tools if you're not technical. Get feedback, iterate, and aim for product-market fit. Only approach VCs when you have a solid product and some traction. Even then, consider if you really need VC funding. Many successful businesses are built without it. If you do need funding, warm introductions are your best bet. Network, network, network. Use medial's resources.

Honest Advice: "Build Shit before you Split" I mean don't go for Co-founders or Investors at the beginning.. Go & build the product/service to get that first rupee

Prototype or MVP is not always necessary so you don't need to stop there for want of funds, the work you put behind, the efforts you take to analyse the problem, market and the need to run the company effectively, a startup is a journey not a pitstop. It's your career where you are gonna spend your major chunk of life per say 15 years. That's who you are going to be. People gonna see you as. So work on your idea, if the idea is not effective, drop the idea not the ambition, figure out some other.

My advice? Don't think about VCs yet. Start by thoroughly validating your idea. Talk to potential customers. Build a simple prototype or even just mockups. Get people to commit to using your product when it's ready. Focus on solving a real problem and building something people want. If you do that well, funding becomes much easier. VCs will come to you. Remember, every dollar of funding dilutes your ownership. Build as much value as you can before seeking investment.
