Honest Advice: "Build Shit before you Split" I mean don't go for Co-founders or Investors at the beginning.. Go & build the product/service to get that first rupee

I feel like once you get the idea try to find a co-founder or other members. It really helps alot

Prototype or MVP is not always necessary so you don't need to stop there for want of funds, the work you put behind, the efforts you take to analyse the problem, market and the need to run the company effectively, a startup is a journey not a pitstop. It's your career where you are gonna spend your major chunk of life per say 15 years. That's who you are going to be. People gonna see you as. So work on your idea, if the idea is not effective, drop the idea not the ambition, figure out some other.

My advice? Don't think about VCs yet. Start by thoroughly validating your idea. Talk to potential customers. Build a simple prototype or even just mockups. Get people to commit to using your product when it's ready. Focus on solving a real problem and building something people want. If you do that well, funding becomes much easier. VCs will come to you. Remember, every dollar of funding dilutes your ownership. Build as much value as you can before seeking investment.

Your first step should be to validate your idea cheaply. Use surveys, interviews, or a simple landing page. If there's interest, build a basic prototype or MVP. Don't contact VCs until you have some traction. Ideally, you want paying customers or significant user growth. When you're ready, look for warm introductions through your network. Cold outreach can work, but it's much harder. Focus on building a great product first. The funding will follow.
