This is a uniquely challenging issue for India due to our demographic dividend. With such a large young population, the scale of this problem could be massive. On the flip side, if we can solve it, the potential for economic growth is enormous. We need targeted policies that consider the specific needs and behaviors of Gen Z and younger millennials.
