What Gen-Z want at work survey report by Deloitte. Over 90% of Deloitte South Asia is dominated by Gen Zs and Millennials! I am excited to announce that Deloitte's Gen Z and Millennial Survey 2024 is just in with intriguing insights into how Millennials and Gen Zs are shaping the workplace of tomorrow. More than half of our survey respondents are embracing new-age tech like GenAl as a positive impact on their work-life balance, allowing more time for creative and strategic work. Today, the younger workforce is increasingly favouring in-person interactions at the workplace, recognising it as a centre for growth and collaboration. As this tech-savvy generation spearheads meaningful change, 9 in 10 Millennials and Gen Zs view purpose and sustainability as essential for job satisfaction. Mental health and well-being are also top priorities, emphasising the need for supportive work environments
