Q-commerce is slowly taking shares from all parts E-commerce in india expanding beyond simple grocerys, into toys ,essentials and other FMCG departments. So why not try to implement it in Fast fashion, with fast fashion where AOV is already higher than other FMCGs ,the only issue would be inventory therefore instead of the Darkstore method used by zepto, blinkit and other players, you could either do a big basket strategy where they go and buy in the stores or do it exclusively for fashion drops. Rather simply displaying products it could be shown as a store of stores with 1 hr delivery. For the fashion brands it helps with them not having to keep inventory and also faster delivery time. For the customers they get faster delivery times.Making fast fashion faster. ( I could've written this better but please do have a look and let me know if y'all think this is something that may work)
