Nah, it will never work. Most of the people who order form ajio and Myntra order in bulk and return many clothes. Also marriage cloths are mostly wear and return in few days. If this 1 hr delivery thing comes up then people will get them immediately and use them and return after a day. This will be the most non profit startup I would say. Instead think about like instant premium waer rental. Which cost 5% of the original cost of the clothes and can return after a day or so. This will boom as hell. But prob of warehouse and cloths being good must be a prob.

What your saying may be true but there is definitely ways to mitigate quick returns such as introducing a penalty or a percentage of the total amount paid after a certain time used. The rental thing also seems interesting that could definitely also be a feature.
