Target audience using this might be less. But can't be a simple filter ka system work? Which uses key words to determine what is spoiler and what is not. Since the definition of spoiler is different for person to person. We can build a setting a filter where user selects out what is spoiler to him and that will be filter out. I have also attached a link of my explanation on implementation of this you can check and by going through the replies you can get deeper understanding.
