Personally, I don't feel like I need such think. Even if I need I won't be updating settings. And No Way that I pay for it.

People who are very engaged in movies or series will most likely use it and if changing the settings again and again is issue in that case time period can be placed where user can select days like 30,60 or 90 days after which settings will go to normal. Just like before.
