See I had read much about financial management and I can surely say that maximizing owners wealth is bigger concept and it may include decisions which may minimise profits for a period of time On the other hand profit maximization is a narrow concept and is for short term and doest not think about the bigger picture So it's obviously obtain marketshare in a competitive market coz if you focus on profit now so your competitors may kick you out of the game and it's preety right statement for startups
