Why do we tend to overlook beneficial actions and fall into undesirable habits, even when we are fully aware of what is best for us?
We know mindless scrolling is bad for us, even then we continue doing it and ignore the better things like exercise

I believe by applying coupons and discounts we pay for what the product or service exactly what it's worth for otherwise we overpay....always.
