Whatever knowledge you have pore it out, see what you situation are, what strengths you have what negatives you have. Then see what will get you the best results towards your goals. And start it, the rest will only happen on your journey.

Buddy you don't absolutely need to give your life towards a startup. Startup is not the only option and you are still welcome here on Medial even if you're not running or starting a startup. I suggest first get a job and learn work ethics, learn how a company works and how responsibilities are handled. Learn about consequences and how it can affect the company as a whole, save some money, make some good and capable friends and then maybe if something interesting comes to mind experiment on a very small level... Take your time man, there is no rush.
