The process is entirely streamlined in QC, while in ONDC, multiple stakeholders are accountable. Hence, the accountability of stakeholders and the satisfaction of end users are dispersed among many, which is a serious problem to solve. We have to somehow streamline the interests of stakeholders so that the accountability is shared equally. The end consumer also needs to understand who is accountable for which faults. For example, if a parcel is delivered broken, we don't know yet who is accountable—whether it's the delivery partner on the network or the seller on the network. This is not an easy problem to solve because we are dealing with real-world things here, unlike UPI, where money is the central force and abnormalities in its flow can easily be pointed out, and the responsible stakeholder can be held directly accountable.
