ONE INTERESTING OBSERVATION SERIES DAY #13 The Q-Commerce, despite its explosive growth in recent times, is just in it's infancy stage! It is estimated that there will be approx 20 mn Monthly transacting users(MTUs) by FY 2026 post which the growth will stabilise a bit. New users during this period will be most likely from India's top 30 cities. Entering smaller cities would require platforms to tweak the current dark store model as it is not viable in less dense markets. What do you think - Can Q-commerce platforms use India's Kirana network for deliveries in smaller cities? Let me know your thoughts!
