Financial literacy is important to use such instruments. I’ve 6-8 credit cards all are Lifetime free ones and I have my own set of rules to avoid any debt traps. So yea I agree with all your points and people who aren’t financially smart should indeed make a note of them

I agree. But if you know what you are doing, credit cads are just awesome. Like personally i travel on 1-2 free trips because of the points and free plane tickets. Tho, if you are a typical GenZ, then it's not good for you as you'll just keep utilising the whole limit without thinking anything.

If you use it wisely. It gives you mammoth returns as well. Totally depends on the customer. Some get trapped in the cycle while some benefit from it.
