The Chinese products are cheaper because they are having economy of scale that is their costs of Factors of Production is reduced due to producing in higher quantity. Also their government provide subsides to producers which give them edge of charging lower prices and capturing more of the market share. Also their labour is well trained and having latest level of technology so thier production effectiency improves which also results in lower waste materials which also add up to charge lower prices.One last thing is that the components they require for production is also produced in China which give edge to overall china products.

They are well prepared to Take any kinds of demand side, due to the vast capacity in the supply side. Economics 101

Due to a combination of - Economies of scale+ Efficient infrastructure+ Govt Incentives

Because they have fully automated manyfacturing units and all the components of product they get in their own country at cheap prices

Cheap labour cost Cheap meterial cost because of home grown meterial Mass production Low tax Business oriented environment Etc

They have huge manufacturing capacity and capabilities, which we dont as we don’t have so many people who will sit on the factory level skilled as well. They do. And it’s cheap af.

They are developed country unlike india with own big market and you will learn in production engineering that as production of product increases the cost goes down that's why china will grow exponentially
