I see no problem their because they design their product in house in India , it's like outsourcing your manufacturing which is not bad most companies do so. Focus should be on R&D and manufacturing can done where it's cheaper.

Almost every company that's in indian market Boat,noise etc all rebrand their chinese product and sell in india even jio also does the same(jio book). This is because indian market is price sensitive.
