Bro remember. Skilled employees would any how get a good job or would be able ro do what they like. This thing only affects the unskilled people. And most of them are unskilled only

Partially agree! But it's that situation where you need a job and to get that job, you need experience!! No matter how many self-projects you do, Certifications and what not. Inhe professional experience hi chahiye.
