Need Advice on Upskilling & Career Transition in AWS/Cloud Hi everyone, I’m currently trained on AWS and have some hands-on experience(fresher), but I’m facing a bit of a career dilemma. My current company isn’t providing the upskilling opportunities I need, and I’m on bench. On top of that, my salary is quite low, and I worry that this situation might limit my ability to switch jobs in the future. I’m looking for guidance on what I should study or which certifications could boost my profile.
