There were many other concerns too: 1. He already have another company with annual revenue of 800 Crore 2. His business model was very confusing, he was playing a safe game by asking sharks to put money in another company that had no assets, except the brand name 3. There were concerns about his products being healthy or not 4. We dont know what he posted that might have led to his account ban, perhaps something that didnt align with Shark Tank or Meta's rules
