If you are ready to onboard a co founder then offer him atleast 40%. And divide that into 3-4 yrs like every year he will get 10% .only then you can kick him off if he don't perform.

Hardest because this step of yours decides where you are going to land. For salary no body is going to work 12 15 hrs so need a co founder but you also have to choose carefully.

I m also saying that give him equity in parts because if he doent perform you have option and if you kick him off then also he have only 10 ℅ that doesnt matter but if 40% of your equity doesnt work then its a huge impact.
