Don't go too hard in first week select restrictions that you feel it can be done by you for example if you want to quite some big addiction for that you need willpower and how will that will power come to from? Simple just follow 5 restrictions for the week which are easy mostly include improving your daily small and easy to do habits and remind yourself the restrictions in the morning, one time in daytime and before bed for just one week I am doing well with these I can say from last 4 days my progress is 80/100 sometimes we miss to do but if we get a simple reminder about 5 restrictions then switch to your task back I can see my willpower being strong. I even I wish this works to you as wellš
