My brain just got stormed by the idea or technique which may help you in being productive and adding some good habits in your life The technique I named as 'The restricted rule' this rule allows us to restrict us from the 5 things which are not helpful/destroying us way or the other What we have to do is list some 5 things which you want to overcome let's say 1) No games 2) No reels 3) Instagram less than 30 mins per day 4) Screen time less then 3 hours on apps which are useless not with the one which help you get knowledge 5) No headphones on full volume We have to restrict ourselves from this 5 things for one week and later on increase the difficulties or change the restrictions as your need and also not only stop ourselfs to do the things but also to focus on the things helpful to you like drinking more water, exercise, read etc as more as you can. Name your 5 restrictions for the week and stay on the process for one week you will get confident about yourself.
