I have tried all major dating apps. Problem of each app is same = demand > supply in countries like India. Even an average girl gets more swipes than she can handle. Average girls - 1k-5k likes per week. Attractive girls - 5k-10k likes per week. So

So true, infinite guys in girls notifications, in the end every girl choose the same top guys. How to solve this issues, is the matching algorithm not matching anymore?

I think algorithms are already in place! It limits the number of profiles you can swiper per day so that everyone can get fair share of matches. But everyone wants the cream! It's the law of nature. Dating apps work so well in foreign countries where population ratio isn't skewed. It's same as Bangalore's traffic problem, you can do anything you want build flyovers, metros but after certain point everything will still fail of people keep coming in from different cities. In both cases crowd is issue.
