Instead of Shah Rukh Khan, I prefer college students and funding. People don't buy snacks by brand , they actually needs cool feeling when they eat. Product should taste very 😋 1.good quality 2.medium price 3.nice packaging 4.viral stunts marketing Indian taste..

First of all dont go for the so called healthy brand, if your product is unhealthy let it be people like unhealthy things as they get addicted to the things fast which are not beneficial for them. Make some different packaging just like how paperboat did in their segment, the package should be psychologically attractive and hooked and it should feel like they are handling something super amazing on their hands Just my opinion if I am wrong in some way please rectify me!

1.Focusing on taste & quality 2.As india is a price sensitive market we will try to be close to the prices offered by the other companies 3.Try to win costomers with emotional attachment For example These fryums with good indian flavors, packaging & airfring them for making them better alternatives would do the job as everyone is already attached to the nostalgia it gives

Instead of spending on getting SRH as brand ambassador, i would consider spending on creation of a completely new type of snack (just like how pepsi created Kurkure). Everyone knows lays, etc aren't healthy but still eat them so health isn't an issue either! Also i will try to give a fun look to the packet. This all things together might work

I’d try to run a nostalgia driven campaign at first, to even get noticed, Secondly, make SRK a spokesperson for whatever niche the snack is. Though its more long term and aim will be to make it organic.

I feel that in such a saturated market competing will only work on the basis where the product is different and matches the prices. Healthy alternatives failed to reach the masses due to their hefty pricing. I would want healthy products to match the competive pricing of brands like Lays and Haldiram. So as a founder I would focus on the cost of production of healthy alternatives to these brands
