I feel that in such a saturated market competing will only work on the basis where the product is different and matches the prices. Healthy alternatives failed to reach the masses due to their hefty pricing. I would want healthy products to match the competive pricing of brands like Lays and Haldiram. So as a founder I would focus on the cost of production of healthy alternatives to these brands
