Want a break? I don’t have a Kitkat to offer you but here’s some food for thought you might need... Your are either a success or a failure each day 📅, Is it hard? do you feel like you did not just fail, but failed by not even trying… Most of our anxiety and stress emerges from thinking about the results - what if? 📉 (here’s something i read today which really moved me) Thinking about the work is not doing the work, Dreaming about the reward you’ll get after the work is done is not doing the work, Talking about the work is not doing the work, Escaping from the pain you go through while doing the work is not doing the work, Planning about the work is not doing the work, Saying you’ll do it tomorrow is not doing the work, Only and only Doing the work, is Doing the work! Continue in the comments, hope this one helped

Burnout isn’t about working too much. It’s about: Doing the wrong work Lying to yourself about progress Chasing people you don’t even like Pretending you’re fine Ignoring your wins Work on that, not just your workload.

A very uncommon perspective:- Innovation is like gods work, that is built using intuition to really change something. Unlike 'dhanda', where all you think is about is doing general shit and seeing money as the ultimate end, Not a big fan.
