Do you think such illogical reasons are told by companies when they dont have funds to spend to hire the best talent? What if right skilled people are demanding more? Its probably the company's incompetence imo. If they dont have a good HR, improve them or search at places where candidates are available. This also leaves a bad marketing remark, and can be found as wrongly criticizing India's talent pool. Whats the point in saying best talents are not working with us?
